Youth Volunteer Action Program

The Youth Volunteer Action Program is an initiative led by the CIRC Youth Education & Empowerment Foundation in collaboration with local government offices throughout Los Angeles County. The program is designed to provide high school students with meaningful opportunities to engage in public service and contribute to their communities through officially recognized volunteer experiences.

Through this program, students are invited to participate in a variety of civic and community projects organized by local government departments, including public outreach, community improvement, environmental initiatives, cultural events, and youth engagement activities. By working alongside public officials and community leaders, participants gain valuable insights into local governance, civic responsibility, and the importance of active citizenship.

The Youth Volunteer Action Program aims not only to cultivate a sense of social responsibility among young people but also to help them develop essential leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Participation in this program allows students to make a positive impact on their communities while strengthening their personal growth and college readiness.

CIRC Youth Education & Empowerment Foundation is proud to partner with public institutions to inspire the next generation of civic-minded leaders and to create a bridge between education, service, and community development across Los Angeles.
