Youth Career Exploration Program
The Youth Career Exploration Program, organized by the CIRC Youth Education & Empowerment Foundation, is designed to provide high school and undergraduate students with meaningful internship and professional development opportunities. Through partnerships with local government agencies, public institutions, and private enterprises across Los Angeles County, the program connects students with real-world experiences that foster personal growth, professional readiness, and civic engagement.
This initiative aims to help young people explore diverse career pathways, gain practical skills, and develop a deeper understanding of workplace dynamics and community impact. By participating in supervised internships and field experiences, students are encouraged to apply classroom knowledge to real-life settings, enhance their problem-solving abilities, and build valuable professional networks.
The Youth Career Exploration Program reflects CIRC’s ongoing commitment to empowering youth through education, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences. By bridging the gap between academic learning and professional practice, the program prepares students to become capable, responsible, and innovative contributors to society.
