2025年9月13日，一场融合影视产业振兴与社区安全发展的盛会「光影与守护—打造好莱坞新篇章与社区安全新蓝图」在洛杉矶盛大举行。本次活动由 Playlet Studio主办，协办USILC Financial. 并吸引了来自政府部门代表、影视界、教育界、基金会及社区安全领域的重量级嘉宾齐聚一堂
On September 13, 2025, the event “Light & Protection — Creating a New Chapter for Hollywood and a New Blueprint for Community Safety” was grandly held in Los Angeles.
The event was hosted by Playlet Studio and co-organized by USILC Financial, bringing together distinguished guests and leaders from government agencies, the film and television industry, the education sector, foundations, and community safety organizations to discuss the revitalization of Hollywood’s creative industry and the future of community security development.

During the event, participants discussed strategies to simultaneously promote the revitalization and development of Hollywood’s creative industry and inject additional resources into community safety initiatives.

In addition, attendees witnessed the official launch of the Playlet Film Production Base, as well as the historic signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for investment cooperation between the CIRC Youth Education Empowerment Foundation and Playlet Studio.

🔴 Sheriff Robert Luna, Los Angeles County Sheriff, emphasized that maintaining a safe community cannot rely solely on law enforcement. He stated that community members and the police must work together, as the neighborhoods we live in are part of our daily lives. Everyone should care about the safety of their surroundings and maintain ongoing collaboration with local law enforcement agencies. Only through such joint efforts can a sustainable and secure community ecosystem be established.
🔴 Deputy Chief Eleni Pappas, Los Angeles County Fire Department, highlighted the need for diverse talent to join the fire protection system. She noted that the fire service operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and encouraged more motivated youth and members from all communities to participate. By working together, they can help build a long-lasting and robust fire protection system, ensuring continuous safety for the community.

Wendy Wang emphasized that while promoting innovation in Hollywood’s film and new media industry, it is equally important to maintain a safe and clean digital environment, enabling youth to stay away from harmful content and receive positive influences. She stated that the resurgence of Los Angeles’ economy and Hollywood culture depends on innovation and multi-party collaboration. Beyond cultivating diverse new media formats and attracting global investment, it is essential to expand learning and employment opportunities for young people. Moreover, by fostering interaction with law enforcement, citizens can gain a better understanding of the mission and dedication of public safety personnel, helping to build a positive social image.
